Launched on 24th November, 1900 at John Brown & Co. (Clydebank) for
the Red Star Line. Zeeland was transferred to White Star by I.M.M.
in 1910 to temporarily replace Republic(2).
In 1911, she returned to Red Star. Then, in 1914, White Star Line took
her again (in 1915, she was renamed Northland) until 1920, when the
liner went back to Red Star (under her original name). 1927, Zeeland
was sold to Atlantic Transport Line which renamed her Minnesota. |
