Magnetic - a 619 ton tender - was specially built to serve Teutonic and Majestic (1). She Joined the White Star Line fleet in 1891. Withdrawn from service in 1932, Magnetic was sold some time during the following year and renamed Ryde. On 21st August, 1935, she arrived at the breakers at Port Glasgow for scrapping.
